NON DELIVERY OF EXPEDITED MAIL

On 4 April I sent an extremely urgent envelope of documents to China.

I was told that it would take 5 days to arrive in China by expedited mail and that it would not go through the JIMC but would go direct fm CPT-CHINA

It is now 20 April and no-one can tell me where the documents are.

Franz Maritz is the contact person at EMS and I have been told by SAPO staff Lucia Groenewald, who is the only person attempting to find my documents that Franz does not respond to anyone, doesn't return calls or give feedback.

I have spent R359 on this pathetic excuse for a courier service.

Besides being extremely urgent, these documents are also irreplaceable, I cannot replace them.

I have asked for the location of my documents as I am so desperate I will pay for a legitimate courier company to collect my documents and send them to China but they cannot tell me where the documents are.

This is unfortunately so predictable and I am so very sorry I used SAPO as I am now in a desperate situation.

I call &amp
