Non delivery - no communication

A parcel has been sent to me from the UK and the details says it has been sent by 31 October 2017. I checked tracking and it only advises In transit / On route. for more than 4 weeks. then on 27 November 2017 i sent an email to customerservices and had no reply from them by today 30 November 2017.

The services level is absolutely pathetic.!!!!!
