Non Delivery

I have 2 international parcels stuck at the Hub Post Office Krugersdorp since the 5 th of February shows in transit. RV***CN SA tracking R***ZA RV***CN SA tracking no R***ZA. It is so frustrating as you do not get any help from the service centers. The answer I get it to wait for the Post Office Hub Centre to scan the parcels This is so ridiculers as I have been waiting for the last 2 months for the parcels to arrive.
