Non delivery and bad service

I went to Strand East post office 3times to check my order, according to the tracker it was in Jo'burg post office on the 22 December 2019 . Asked the lady to do follow up or provide me with customer service contacts . Told me she doesn't have it ,i must go to Strand post office and ask them to check for me on their system n do physical check as well . I asked her if ain't you using same Same system ... she refused to answer,couldn't even do physical check for me ... i am very disappointed with their service as i still not getting anywhere with this matter .i also called their customer service couldn't get hold of agent for about 20 minutes. Supplier told if the parcel is still here in south Africa . Haven't been returned
