NON DELIVERY AFTER 4 MONTHS

I have been to Rosebank Post Office a few times, called every number for the SA Post Office and yet to be assisted. I have emailed many times without any reply. The call centre just rings. SMS line, no reply. Please try if any of your staff can get through.

The parcel was confirmed to have landed in SA in September , yet to receive any feedback. This is a Christmas gift..
