"Non-Delivering, whatever it takes!", Unaccountability, Ineffeciency the list goes on...
I write this review with utter disappointment & dissatisfaction regarding the handling of goods by the South African Post Office. I fail to understand why such an important organisation to the public can never be trusted in a role it is expected of, that is, handling our mail & sticking to its promise of "Delivering, whatever it takes", & most importantly being efficient.
To date, I have 3 parcels missing with 1 domestic parcel from Meyerton,PTA backdating to year 2018 (Tracking nr: PE ********** 3ZA) which disappeared and everytime I contact SAPO I get promised that someone will contact me but I never get the call back. 2 International parcels, tte tracking codes are 1. LB ********** 36SG 2. RV ********** 84CN arrived in the country and were cleared by customs left JIMC but never arrived at destination.
To make things more frustrating is the email address listed on their website i.e ********** it responds with "This is the mail system at host VMPDMZIMSVA02.ad.postoffice.co.za.
I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not be delivered to one or more recipients."
Our country cannot go on funding unaccountable, inefficient & non-productive organisations as such. The government might as well hire systemised robotics & we might as well rely on technology for service delivery because it is clear that SAPO staff are only good at protesting and that is just about it.
I wish someone can take my review in good faith & start building a system that is effective to service delivery.
