Nobody cares

A package was sent to me from China on 18 December 2014 via EMS. According to the online order tracking system my package landed at the JHB mail centre on 2 January and was last scanned at Waterkloof Airforce Base on 8 January and there has been no trace of it since.<br> <br> I have tried to call EMS - no answer. I've sent emails to [Email Removed] on 29 January and 2 February and have had no response, although I received a notification that my e-mail was read by one 'Ntshavheni Mulovhedzi'.<br> <br> I want an answer. Where is my stuff?<br>
