Nobody answers the phone

You can phone ********** 502 which is the National customer services number or you can call ********** 111 for Cape Mail and nobody answers. The first number gives an automated message saying there is congestion. The Cape Mail number just says repeated "your call will be answered by the next available consultant". After half an hour of waiting the call just gets cancelled. We pay our taxes and this is what we get!
