No wonder they're almost bankrupt - their customer services SUCK.

Went to the Totiusdal PO to do a third party payment. The "Covid officer"/security officer refused to let me in, telling me that they are no longer handling 3rd party payments. I requested to talk to the teller, who was not busy. The officer refused. The teller refused to answer my question, referring me back to the officer. I insisted on talking to the post master who confirmed what I suspected: they ARE still doing those payments - the system was just temporarily down.
