No way to get service from the post office

I have a package that is in south Africa from the 23rd of December and up till now I am still waiting for it. According to the tracking system of the post office it is here. I try to phone the post office but you can not get thru to them. Emails is also not answered. I need this parcel urgent. see last report.!! tracking nu: RV***CN
