No way to contact customer service, problem with document delivery

I sent 2 very important court documents by registered post to 2 different individuals on 27 October 2025. On 30 October, the tracking for 1 document shows "not found" and the other is showing "first notification sent to recipient" to collect, when this document should have been delivered to the address on the envelope. How on earth did it end up at Gatesville? I've tried calling the number on the receipt to clarify what's going on, but I'm being asked for an absa account number for verification which i don't have and makes no sense! There is no other option to reach an agent by the way so where do I go from here? These are important court documents which should be sent by registered post, since it is the "safest" way, but clearly that isn't happening, so what do i do now?

An update on the situation. It turns out that the number on the receipt was incorrect. And when I finally got to speak to an agent I was told that the documents were sent by "counter to counter" service and that it will be returned to me within 30 days. When I explained my entire situation to the post office worker and my exact words were " i need this to be delivered to these addresses, they are court document " When i trie to give the other tracking number the phone was put down in my ear, so only God knows wher that envelop is. Honestly i can't believe the level of incompetence and inconvenience this has now caused me. If I could give SA Post Office a negative zero review I would. This is beyond pathetic

And this is the professional reply I got from Florah Letshwene: "Hayley this is not speed service door delivery however registered letter to be collected at the branch they bring ID". Now you decide if you want to choose SA Post or a more professional, reliable postal service. I have no more words.
