No tracking update in SA

Hi, I have ordered a package from Australia which was shipped 25 June and on the 10 Aug the tracking information is still the same as when the parcel left Australia "2016-06-29 12:52 PERTH WA, Processed through facility". I have tried calling + ********** 6005/6/7/8/9/10, +27 11 ********** , 0860 111 052 and ********** , ********** ********** ********** ********** ********** but nobody answer the phone or respond to my mails. Iv'e been calling for 3 hours non stop but never had the opportunity to speak to anyone as the phone gets dropped after a while. It's crazy how horrible service delivery is at the Postoffice as i'm still waiting for this package which was airmailed.
