NO Tracking on Parcel

On the 24th October I sent a parcel to America. The last 'tracking' on the parcel was Tuesday 27 Oct. The 'tracking' states <br> <br> 'JHB int mail centre (HUB). Comment insert item into bag out'<br> <br> Since then there is no more tracking. I don't know if the package has left SA or if it got 'lost' in JHB. Phoning their *** number is a waste of time. No matter how long you hold on, it just keeps on ringing till it automatically cuts off itself. <br> <br> I would like to know where the package is please CV***ZA<br> <br> Regards<br> Trudie
