No Suprise Here

I ordered a package from overseas nearly 4 weeks ago. Tracking information was perfect up until South Africa. There is no tracking information available and sending an email has been completely pointless. I want to know where my package is and why it is taking so long. Unfortunately this seems to be the only way To get a response out of SAPO. RI***CN
