No Support EMS Express Mail

Hi All,

Not that I've had a problem with the post office EMS Express mail until now, I paid around a R1000 to have a package delivered in 2 weeks. It's been 3 months now with no feedback, now I understand it's at customs but no one is replying on my mails or giving me any feedback. For instance if there is a problem or backlog.

If someone can contact me and at least tell me what is going on and not ignore me.
