No shippement movement

Hi..Track number:RI***ZA this parcel was sent to another branch by Boksburg branch I was told so when I went to collect,I was told to wait two to three days to collect to from the other branch I went there they did not receive the parcel. I contacted the Boksburg manger and Customer service both don't have an idea where it is or it's location all they tell me it's what the tracking website shows out of office, <br> <br> I need to know where it's location and delivery or I tell me it's locations I will go to pick it up.<br>
