No service, phones unanswered.

We sent out a parcel with Counter to Door on Monday 8 February. By Friday it was undelivered and we tried contacting Head Office since Maitland Post Office staff were not answering their phones. Head Office did not answer calls, I only got a reply by email today, 15 February. This is after a stressful weekend and sorting it out ourselves. Horrible service by the government once again.
