NO service delivery from SA Post office

I have paid for my online vehicle license renewal on 2022-02-23 and still have not received my license disk. I have send numerous emails, and everytime I just receive a whatsapp stating "Hi *** Thank you for contacting us, we will attend to your query Ref: MVL*** *SAPOMVL* Our contact details Website: www.sapomvl.co.za" No use contacting them on that address, as you just receive another whatsapp message. I have called their toll free number, but nobody answers.
