No Service Delivery and Useless call centre

I've been expecting a parcel with tracking number RO***CN since march 26th. I've been trying to call the post office, no luck, they never answer their phones. I'm unable to see what's happening with the parcel and I have received no form of communication to notify me about the parcel. very useless service from the post office. <br> <br> Rergards,<br> N Mlambo
