No service delivery

Non existent service from SA Post Office and Tyger Valley Post Office.

Ive been waiting since November 2018 for my parcel that i never received. Apparently its been at Tygervalley Post Office for months now. No one contacted me at all to collect.

Is this the norm for the post office of South Africa? I have to pay up even more money to get my parcel reshipped back to me and thats if i ever get it. Or a refund. Why must a customer struggle so much.

This is unacceptable.
