No service delivery

I am so frustrated. One of my parcels where last scanned on 3 March at JIMC and then nothing. Two parcels have been in East London for a month now with no indication of when they will be sent on. The last parcel is a SpeedServices parcel! last scanned in Bloemfontein on 27 May!
