No service but expect full payment
I am still awaiting post from last year and the Post Office now expect me to pay in full for another year subscription to my PO Box. Then, because I didn't pay in full, the Post Office locked my PO Box. The Post Office provided no services for months but expects me to pay for that non-serviced period.

I tried to contact the customer service number...no answer. After 20 mins of listening to some stupid recording telling me to be patient and that my call is important to the Post Office, I eventually decided to email Customer Service (which doesn't seem to exist). After emailing, I got an \email rejected"message informing me of the following: \""Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups: [Email Removed]
The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending this message later"
Thank you for your comment.
Please take note of the following comment regarding refunds of the post box rental fee due to the strike.
\An in-principle decision has been taken that no application for a refund for the post box rental fee and/ or compensation for non-receipt of mail due to the strike action will be approved. The strike action was national and has affected the Post Office operations negatively\"
