NO SERVICE = BAD SERVICE (Been a Month NOW)

So I have app**** for license renewal online and paid the amount for the application and renewal. Five days pass and I get notified my application was rejected and there are issues. Up until now, still no response from them. I have requested assistance, asked to talk to someone and the last week and a half requested a refund. I have submitted numerous tickets on their website and even on the WhatsApp customer care line... NO RESPONSE!!! Like usual! It is a month now that I am struggling with them and try to get in contact and get my money back. Yet, no response. You cant complain about the service, because there is NONE!!! Will not recommend you to use this service EVER!!! USELESS!
