No Service available

I have a package that left China 3 months ago, was at the JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB) for more than a month and has now been 'in transit' for more than a month. If I visit the branch they give me a box full of papers to page through and see if I can find my package, so far no such luck although it is a fun way to spend 30 minutes at the post office counter after standing in line for 40 minutes.<br> They then shrug and tell you to phone or e-mail customer services - a line and e-mail that is not answered - ever.<br> I have now given up on the SA Post Office, very few companies deserve the difficulties they face as much as this one.
