No Service at Post Office

The post office should not have taken on the sassa payouts because it cant do the job that they are supposed to do.I have parcels that arrived in South Africa in May and still not delivered.Then they want us to pay R26 for every parcel,for what???This is not a service that needs to be rewarded.I will claim all my money from the post office for parcels not received.The birthdays are long gone and over.Time the goverment steps in and does something about this dismal service.
