NO SERVICE!!!

I have a parcel that came with 2 other from China, the one parcel is according to the sender held up at the International Mail centre in JHB, The Hub. I've been trying to phone the call centre for 4 days and no one answers. I've even sent an email and submitted a request online with NO Response!! <br> The post office service is terrible. According to their online tracking system the parcel is not here, but it is! <br> I need response by Wednesday otherwise I will forfeit my guarantee on that parcel. I think it's ****** since it is shoes... <br> Even my magazines subscriptions arrives a month late or not at all! <br> Our post office is down the drain just like most things in SA!
