No service

I was at Protea Mall on the queue for renewing discs. I went out and told the person after me I will be back. The next thing the queue is longer and everyone is sitted. I told the lady on duty where I was on the queue and she just said the forms have finished she counted all the people. This is ******* 🗑 I went in to ask before joining the queue now I need to find another post office as I need to renew tue disc. This is disgusting service I'm so ****ed off
