NO SERVICE

I dont even know where to start complaining about the South African Postal Services.

Every month I struggle with a parcel I receive from overseas, every month it is the same thing, my local post office SILVERLAKES PRETORIA GAUTENG, has such a back load of parcels, that I get send away week after week with the same answer, they dont know if it is at the back and dont have time to look the back log is just to much and they are waiting for help.

I track my parcel om trackmyparcel, and every month take the proof that they have received it to them, just to have to wait untill they get to it and can have it written up in the book and then still you stand there for more than a hour "patiently" waiting in a post office were the aircon doesn't work, and personel that has no urgercy in helping the clients.

Why on earth are we still using the Post Office?

Lets see if somebody actually answers and does something to this problem at Silverlakes Post Office.
