No service

I'm so disappointed with the service that I'm experiencing with SA post office.

I have been waiting for almost 3 months for the delivery my parcels with tracking numbers RN ********** 73CN;RF ********** 30CN;RS ********** 69CN;RH ********** 92TR;RF ********** 99CN;RF ********** 00CN;RF ********** 00CN;RM ********** 97CN;RF ********** 03CN which have till today not been received.

I have tried using the online self service and calling the contact centre with no luck,its either the parcel is stuck at witpos (hub) or the system cannot find my tracking numbers. The call centre answers after an hour on hold and the agent will always tell me to call after a week then it's the same story the following week. I feel this kind of treatment is unfair as a consumer & the service is not free.

SA post office please intervene.
