No service

My parcel was handed over by DHL to the South African Post Office on 31 December 2025 for delivery. Tracking number: LW***DE. According to the tracking information, the parcel has been at the Cape Town Sorting Centre since 31 December 2025 with no further updates. I have contacted the Post Office several times and was told it would be sent to Pretoria North, but there has been no progress.
