no sassa

it it so hard as I was suppose to get child support grant on the 5th january but didnt receive nothing I called sassa and they advised that they have made payment and i will have to go to the post office. i then went to cape Town post office they advised that money was taken out of the account and they cant say who i called sassa again and they confirmed that I must make a case against the post office for ***** when I wanted to make a case they told me Im not allowed to im a si gle mother of 4 children who needs to eat and needs stationary i have an autistic son that needs medication no one have any answers about me getting my childrens money
