no response to calls or emails

ya ne.... another one...... no response to emails although the auto reply says 3 to 4 days response. its been 2 weeks.... for two they have been experiencing high volume of calls, regardless of what time you call them,,,, the branch cannot assist with tracing an international parcel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
