NO response SA Post Office - parcel

A parcel was handed to SA Post Office for delivery on 6th October 2021, but it is nowhere to be found. The call centre does not answer calls or reply to mails. I have been referred to Halfway House post office, they just referred me to the call centre and does not even try to assist.
