No response regarding international parcels

I have sent two emails to customer services at the SA post office about my parcels coming from overseas without reply. I have tried calling their helpline 3 times and held on for 5 minutes each without any response. I have tried their webportal to track items and it does not work and yet third party apps work.

This communication / service is terrible. Its not like anyone uses the postal service anymore so what on earth are they doing that they can't answer the phone or reply to an email.

Initially I too was happy that they would be handling social grants but I suspect that they don't have the manpower -- neither the appropriate quality nor the quantity. Another failed parastatal.
