No response,No delivery and worst no updates!!!!!

I ordered things from an online store since December 22nd last year and paid for them. They came in 3 parcels. Two via netherlands post and one via china post. Now the parcels are sitting with the post office in the Jhb branch since the 22nd of Jan. It is not my problem if they have a back-log as per the Dbn branch advised. Its going to a second month now and I haven't got my things and 25 days for delivery is long gone!!! I need no response now I just want my things asap! Iv called and emailed and none answers! Im sick of them. <br>
