No response from South African Post Office

I have been trying to get some information from the South African Post Office for over 5 weeks.<br> I would like to do a direct marketing campaign in the East Rand and need to know how many active/ rented post boxes there are in the various suburbs.<br> I have tried going to some Post Office branches, phoned numerous numbers, left countless messages sent a number of emails to numerous people. And still have not received the information I am looking for.<br>
