NO RESPONSE from South Africa Post Office

I am waiting for 2 parcels from America that were scheduled to be at my post office on the 30th of November.<br> I went with the tracking numbers to the post office, and they told me it's no there, I should phone ***, and they can help me. I did that, holding numerous times for 30 min+ without any answer. I have emailed the customer service 5 times without any response. This is utterly pathetic !
