No response from Post Office or JIMC

I have purchased an item in China. Had it mailed to me. It arrived on the 23/06/2015 Till date there is no recollection of the item in South Africa. The supplier acknowledged that the parcel has arrived in SA.<br> Post Office can not tell me where it is and JIMC is not answering e-mails and phones.<br> I want to know when I will receive my parcel.
