No response from JIMCA

I have a parcel that has been shipped from china and its been stuck at JIMCA and clearance has been completed for weeks now but when i call for my SA tracking number i keep holding on the line for hours and no one ever picks up, even when i send emails no reply is ever provided.

This is poor service at its lowest and frustrating because other countries deliver on time and when parcels reach SA there's no response.
