No response from any post office,bad service

I bought 2 items with 1 tracking number LB***SG, I went to post office as no one was contacting me there and only to find my packages have been in the post office without being notified. With 1 track number there was supposed to be 2 items but I only received one, filed a dispute with AliExpress and they're sending me back to Kelvin post office. I emailed and tried calling the postoffice,no answer,I'm not getting any assistance,I want my package
