No response for two weeks. No assistance whatsoever

I have been trying to get information on an international incoming parcel. I have been emailing Simon Lebelo and Lindiwe Shilaluke for two weeks with not a single reply.

Some help would be appreciated otherwise I am not sure as to what these people actually do
