No response for tracking
Sent my request on 6 Nov 2017 to ********** to get local tracking numbers for two foreign parcels. Sent reminders on 10 and 13th Nov but zero response. I tried phoning but had to hang up after 6 mins as I had a meeting to attend. I must say I have not had problems like this in the past.
In July 2017 Mavis Katjeni helped me within 3 days which was still quite acceptable to me.
Sent this on 14 Nov on Twitter but also no reply: @PostofficeSa message to your ********** address sent 8 days ago not yet rep**** to, despite me sending two reminders after that. Really disappointing

23 Nov 2017, 21:41Finally someone did get back to me. Took over two weeks though. Result was that they cannot yet see my parcel that arrived in SA during October.
