No response, Box Still closed After 2 months of paying

I payed my Post Box in March 2016. Until today my Box is closed. I went to Sunnyside post office several times and was told it's another department that deals with that. I left my Box No. P.O Box 30151 at Sunnyside but until today its still locked. I'm away now and only get to PTA on weekends. When i try to call the Tel No for Sunnyside post office it always go unanswered. Don't know what to do anymore
