NO Response

Hi, my goods from Poland tracking number RR***PL, was posted last month, however it has been sitting at the hub for a long time now. I tried to call in and no one answers my call, eventually the call gets cut automatically. It is not the first time this has happened now, last time it took over 45days for me to receive the parcel. Extremely upset, as it is a gift that is 2weeks delayed already.
