No response

My parcel with tracking number EE ********** 89AE, arribed in SA on 13 December 2017. Up untill now I have not received it!!

It only contains old clothes which we borrowed from friends in Dubai and then posted home.

I have been mailing every conceivable e-mail address that I can get hold of and are still awaoting a reply!!

It is also impossible to phone them - you hold on for 20+minutes, while told how important your call is, and then get cut off.

I am in despair!!
