02 Mar 2015, 13:10Hello Lwandle05,
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
Firstly we would like to extend our sincere apology for an uncouth treatment experienced from one of our employees The behaviour of the person involved does in no way reflect the standard to which we hold our employees. While this was extremely unfortunate experience for you, this is not normal practise for the post office .We have escalated the matter to Consumer Services for corrective measures and an agent attending to the matter will contact you with possible feedback.
Once again, please accept our regret for the level of service experienced.
Thanks and regards,
Customer Service
