NO REPLY TO EMAILS!

I am sick and tired of our post office!<br> I posted a parcel last year,and it hasn't been delivered to the receiver yet!<br> I emailed the Post Office regarding the parcels whereabouts,but di not receive any reply.<br> <br> How can I hold my head up when the person asks me for their belongings?I have to hang my head I shame,even though its not my fault!<br> <br> Why can't the post office sort it out for once and for all?<br> <br> The tracking no. Is:CN***ZA<br> <br> I just hope this matter can be resolved without me complaining any further.
