No reply's and no assistance

<p>I am really disgusted at the service offered by this depot.<br />This parcel has arrived in South Africa on the 4th April 2017.<br />I have called 3 times, on the 3 May, 9 May and 12 May with no luck, I have sent 3 emails, one the 9th May and the 15 May, and again today. I have been to your depot to try and collect and told I cannot enter!<br />Its infuriating that I know the parcel is there, and yet no-one cares to help or come back to me.<br />I am as usual highly disgusted at the level of service!<br />I have tried to track this online as well, and it keeps telling me to send an email, WELL I DID and no-one bothers to come back to me!!!!!!!!!!<br />CAN SOMEONE PLEASE DO SOMETHING!!!!!</p>
