no reply or package found

Good day please note that i have ordered a package from over seas on the 31st March 2022 from a company called Juelia and managed to get hold of the company to ask about my package and their reply was that they have send it to JIMC on 24th May 2022 but no one yet has informed me of any package that has arrived .

Please note that i have follow up with post office but no reply and today when i got hold of them they said there was a break in.
