No reply from customer care

<p>I'm waiting for a package with a tracking number. Suppose to be send to Pretoria, but it is now almost a month since the package is in the country and it is still sitting static at WITSPOS. Customer care does not reply to my querries. Worst experience ever just to try and get my package from JIMC to Pretoria!</p>
